Gkmloooms?! They can’t be serious. But they are.
When underwater escape artist Archer Commanger is pulled into the world of the Gkmloooms, we suspect the obligatory race-under-the-sea tale. It is, but at the end of page 6 we are surprised (and a bit shocked) to find out that we are in Hiroshima, at the scene of the world’s first atomic bomb explosion. Highly enjoyable “baddie” about a doctor bringing back to life a maniacal murderer.
